Outlook 2003 has an automatic completion for any email address that you try to type into the To or CC fields. This feature does not pull from the contacts or address book. The problem comes in when you put in a bad address, and then every time you go to type in the email address, the incorrect one appears in the auto complete list.
The easiest way To fix this problem is:
- Start typing in the address that shows up incorrectly.
- Hit the Down arrow key to select the auto completed address.
- Hit the Delete key to delete the auto complete address

I am having problems configuring my outlook 2007 with my yahoo email account.
I tried to do this is the past and really messed things up.
Now when I try to open Outlook 2007, I get this Window message:
Connecting To Microsoft Exchange
Microsoft Exchange is unavailable:
Retry – Work Offline – Cancel
In a separate window message:
Configuring Outlook
Configuring Outlook Accounts
When I click “Retry”, the window keeps appearing.
When I click “Cancel”, the window closes.
When I click “Work Offline”, a Message Window opens that says:
Microsoft Office Outlook
Outlook cannot log on. Verify you are connected to the network and are using the proper server and mailbox name. The connection to Mic4rosoft Exchange is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action. OK
When I click “OK” another window opens that reads:
Microsoft Exchange
General tab
Microsoft Exchange Server:
my email@yahoo.com
Mailbox:
my name automatically pops up and a “Check Name box”
When I click “Check Name,” I get that same message about “Outlook cannot log on . . . etc. . .. ”
When I click “OK”, a message window opens that says:
cannot open you default e-mail folders. Your profile is not configured. “OK”
When I click “OK” Outlook closes.
I cannot get into Microsoft Outlook 2007 so I can fix the fields that have incorrect informatio.
Please help me with this issue.
Thanks in advance, LizzieG
