Enable the Pointer Shadow – Windows 8.1

If you haven’t noticed Windows 8.1 doesn’t have the shadow under the mouse cursor. So here’s to get it back in case you want it:

Open the Control Panel -> Hardware and Sound

Devices and Printers -> Mouse

Now go to Pointers tab. Check mark “Enable pointer shadow“. Click on Apply and Ok.
