How to Disable Aero Shake in Windows 7

If you don’t use Aero Shake feature, you can simply disable it by following this video tutorial.

Its quite handy feature but if you by any chance don’t use this new feature and want to disable it, then this video tutorial will help you. To begin you need to download the disable Aero Shake below

To disable Aero Shake manually

  1. Type gpedit.msc in Start menu search field and hit enter.
  2. In the Group Policy Editor, navigate to User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Desktop and locate the option named Turn off Aero Shake window minimizing mouse gesture.
  3. Right-click on the entry > select edit or double-click on the entry.
  4. Select option named “Disabled” and click apply to see the changes.
  5. That’s it.

Note: you need to log off and log back in so Aero Shake can take effect.
