How to Take Ownership Of Files And Folders In Windows 8

TakeOwnershipEx is an application to quickly take ownership of Windows files and folders (including Windows 8). This application eliminates the need of requiring knowledge of any complex procedure. Once launched, click Take Ownership and select a file or folder to take ownership for.
