How to Turn Fast Startup Off for a Hybrid or Dual Boot in Windows 8 and 8.1

Windows 8.x has a new feature called Fast Startup (hybrid boot or hybrid Shutdown) to help your PC Boot faster after shutting down by using a hybrid shutdown which is a partial hibernate, making it impossible for users who are Dual-Booting with Linux or Unix OS to see the GRUB menu. Windows 8.x uses saved system information to resume your PC instead of having to do a cold boot to fully restart.
